This branded email address is intended to be your primary email account for all The BlindSpot business with your customers, other business people and Head Office.

Standard Email Set-up Instructions
 
Your email account can be accessed using:
  • An email program like Outlook or Thunderbird on a laptop or computer
  • A Smartphone
  • An internet browser like Chrome or Firefox using WebMail
Settings for a computer or smartphone
 
Secure SSL/TLS Settings
Username:    yourname@theblindspot.ca
Password:     Use the email account's password
 
Incoming Server:     mail.theblindspot.ca
    IMAP Port: 993
    
Outgoing Server:     mail.theblindspot.ca
    SMTP Port: 465
 
SSL connections should be enabled.
 
Outgoing SMTP server requires same settings as Incoming Server and requires Authentication for SSL set-up.
 
Accessing your email account using WebMail
 
Using an internet browser like Chrome or Firefox, visit https://www.theblindspot.ca/webmail/
